CRIS & FAUSTIN COUNTRY WEDDING
We don't know where to begin describing Cris and Faustin's wedding; perhaps the perfect word is 'unique.' From the moment we met Cris and Faustin, they had a clear vision of where they wanted to marry: Hacienda San Andrés in Amecameca, with its incredible spaces, farm-to-table cuisine, and the backdrop of the volcanoes.
Cris and Faustin live in Paris, where they first met. Planning with them was very smooth, as we managed to coordinate meeting times and organize all the details.
The religious ceremony took place in the village church, where Faustin’s friends formed a choir that provided the music for the heartfelt ceremony. Afterward, everyone headed to the Hacienda, where the welcome cocktail awaited. The couple made their entrance and enjoyed drinks and canapés with their guests.
When it was time for the reception, we moved to the fields, where a table for 350 people awaited, surrounded by chamomile fields with the volcanoes in the background. It was truly a spectacle. The table featured foie gras brought by the couple from Paris, mole blanco (a traditional Mexican wedding dish), and many other dishes made with ingredients cultivated at the Hacienda itself. Wine and laughter flowed, and everyone enjoyed a unique meal at sunset, surrounded by chamomile.
The party took place in another area of the Hacienda, where tables, lounges, and cushions awaited the guests, who ended the night dancing under the stars. As we said, it was a truly unique wedding.
